Archery contest

One of the central events of the Faire was the archery contest between the famed archers of Lorien and the sharp-eyed bowmen of Rohan.

Here is Knight-Captain Saren of Lorien on the firing line. Behind him (although you cannot see it yet) is Knight-Corporal Kathalis, watching and learning. Saren takes aim and lets the arrow fly...

... and Kathalis falls to the ground. Well, ok, bow code does not work this way anymore, but neither does Saren use a bow. But then, for us Elves the memories of the past are as real as the happenings of today.
